ROC® has weekly virtual meeting/training/working sessions. This approach expedites appraisal readiness by effectively consulting and working hand in hand with my client and guiding them to streamline and optimize processes that require re-engineering for coverage efficiencies. ROC® client’s CMMI® experience ranges from novice (initial v2.0 benchmark appraisal) to experienced (upgrade to v2.0 best practices benchmark appraisal). ROC® offers both initial and upgrade from CMMI® Model v1.3 to ISACA’s CMMI® Model v2.0. ROC®’s Smart Process Compliance Ease Transition Approach is used in adapting CMMI® v2.0 “new” Practice Areas across your organization and all project(s). For both initial and upgrade to v2.0, ROC® provide guidance with development of the Performance Report (new input requirement with v2.0) and in completing the Lead Appraiser CMMI® v2.0 Benchmark Appraisal Schedule. ROC®’s program includes a pre benchmark appraisal team readiness exercise ensuring your team shines while representing your organization. Remember, ROC® does not abandon your organization once you have achieved your successful benchmark appraisal results. The Project Plan includes a transition and maintenance mentoring period to ensure you continue to perform at an elevated level using and fine tuning these processes in order to enforce obtaining a profitable ROI.

CMMI® v2.0 A-La-Cart Service

Who is the audience for this service?

  • An organization who’s CMMI® 3 Re- Appraisal date in not due but wants to begin adapting ISACA’s CMMI® v2.0, one new practice at a time, for example, Estimating (Est).
  • An organization that is CMMI® 3 or ISACA’s CMMI® v2.0 but wants to improve the performance of a particular practice, for example, optimize the Risk & Opportunity Management (RSK) or the Peer Review (PR) current processes to eliminate phase escapes to avoid rework.
  • An organization in need of an external Qualified Appraisal Team Member(ATM) Resource to participate in an upcoming 0 Benchmark Appraisal.
  • An organization interested in having a snapshot of how much work is needed to enter into a Benchmark Appraisal – v2.0 Gap Analysis and Results Report.
